♥ Please refrain from asking for constant updates. I shall try and work out a timeline with you for your piece and stick to it.
♥ Once your commission is approved, there are no refunds. If your commission is not to your liking during the sketching process we can work together to better recreate your vision.

FF14 Housing Design :
15 Mil For a Housing Design, no matter the size of the plot. Ideally the 5 Mil covers the furniture/fixture costs unless there are high value items that are specifically requested/recommended.
